Customer Important Terms and Conditions of This Promotion

Trade-In Promotion Period: This promotion is good for customer purchases made between March 26, 2007, and August 31, 2007, with a qualifying radio trade-in. All trade-in products must be received at your local dealership by September 20, 2007.

Qualifying Trade-In Radios: This trade-in offer includes business band conventional and trunked two-way radios, including low band; VHF; UHF; and 200, 700, 800, and 900 MHz Motorola or competitive brand two-way radios, which can be traded in for credit toward the purchase of a new MOTOTRBO radio. Radios eligible for trade-in must be in working condition. Portables must have batteries and antennas, and the trade-in offer must be applied to a qualifying portable radio purchase. Mobile radios must include the hand-held microphone and antenna, and the trade-in offer must be applied to a qualifying mobile radio purchase. Push-to-Talk (PTT) cellular phones must include a PTT, quick talk button and must be applied to a qualifying portable radio purchase.

Non-Qualifying Products: Specifically excluded from this promotion is any device that falls into any of the following categories: FRS, GMRS, Marine, Amateur, Avionics, Scanners, CB Radios, SSB, Pagers, Cordless Telephones and Repeaters.

Trade-In Value: The end-user discount is applied toward the purchase of a new MOTOTRBO radio when accompanied by a trade-in. Dealers should give end-users credit on their invoices, and the Dealer will be reimbursed by Motorola if the trade-in units received meet the criteria. The trade-in discount on business band conventional and trunked radios is $80 off each new MOTOTRBO radio purchased for each qualifying radio traded in. The trade-in discount on PTT cellular products is $40 off each new MOTOTRBO radio purchased for each qualifying radio traded in.
